Injury Management Specialist | VIC

Due to an exciting growth within our HSE team, Tip Top are currently seeking an experienced Injury Management Specialist (known internally as IM Business Partner) to support our employees within manufacturing operations and field sales team to recover to their optimum health post injury or illness. Reporting to the Injury Management Manager, the role will be responsible for the management of their claims portfolio ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practices.

Purpose of the Role

  • Provide coaching, education, and support to the leaders to deliver excellence in injury care, health, and wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively across functions to implement continuous improvement opportunities 
  • Injury prevention and return to work programs 
  • Influence senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure injury management and return to work is completed to a high standard across the organisation
  • Involvement in injury prevention, wellbeing and health educational programs

About You

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • 2-3 years recent experience in workplace rehabilitation and case management in a high-risk capacity environment
  • National Return to work accreditation 
  • Understanding of relevant states full self-cover and Workers’ Compensation legislative requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships at all levels both internally and externally
  • Highly organised and proven time-management skills
