Employee Experience Coordinator

Within our People team, we are currently seeking our next Employee Experience Coordinator at Tennis HQ on a permanent, full-time basis.

About the role

Reporting to the Leadership & Capability Advisor, this role will be responsible for:

  • Acting as first point of contact for all enquires related to Leadership Development & Employee Experience (LD&EX) 
  • Maintaining, and assisting with content development, for hubs/pages, ensuring currency, accessibility and a great user experience
  • Working with our Participation DEI team to deliver internal DEI awareness and activities and learning programs
  • Organising organisation social calendar events with the Tennis Together program for TA and liaise with Member Associations re budget for TT activities
  • Liaising with learning compliance content owners to ensure strong compliance performance
  • Working with relevant stakeholders to develop and enhance the employee experience journey
  • Supporting Australian Open Workforce Program Lead with AO and Summer of Tennis review, planning and delivery

About you

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Demonstrate self-motivation with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an approachable manner with the ability to build collaborative relationships with all team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate effectively by e-mail, in writing, face to face and on the phone
  • High level of attention to detail and outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to plan work programs, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • The ability to make decisions when required and ensure tasks are followed through to completion
  • Sound IT competency – experience with Microsoft Office 
  • A confident, can-do attitude and a customer-service orientation to resolve/respond to enquiries
  • Display creative skills and innovative thinking
  • Previous experience in coordinating training, events, and information sessions (desired)
  • Experience using a HR Information Systems (HRIS), particularly Workday is advantageous
  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • Preparedness to be flexible regarding working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
