One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced Business Communication Manager to play an important role in designing, developing and delivering effective communication activities. You will also work closely with Project Managers to develop internal strategies that promote awareness of business plans. The role can be based in Canberra, Melbourne or Adelaide with the successful Business Communication Manager to be offered a 6 month contract with 2 X 6 month extension options.   

The successful Business Communication Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Producing compelling multi channel communication initiatives to promote key project and organisational messages
• Contributing to the creation of a suite of communication artefacts including templates and branding
• Evaluating activities to ensure communication objectives are met
• Assisting projects with the development of communication plans

The successful Business Communication Manager will have experience in the following:

• Ability to produce communication initiatives and strategies
• Experience contributing to communication artefacts including templates
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise good judgement
• Ability to innovate interesting ideas for effective communication and research
