People Systems Coordinator

 

The role 

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented People Systems Coordinator to join our team.  

You’ll be integral in ensuring the optimal performance of our people systems, and in helping us to streamline our HR processes and improve the way we use our people data.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and will also be responsible for supporting our People & Culture team with critical administrative duties across the full employee lifecycle.  

Here are some of the game-changing things you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in:

System Management & Process Improvement 

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our people systems, including system configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.  

Identify opportunities for improving HR processes through automation and system enhancements. Collaborate with HR and other teams to implement solutions.  

Data Management & Reporting 

Manage employee data, ensuring it is secure, accurate and up-to-date. Generate reports and dashboards to support decision making with HR metrics and analytics. 

Support & Training 

Provide technical support to system users. Conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency and support the effective use of HR technology.  

Compliance & Security 

Ensure compliance with data protection/privacy regulations and company policies. Implement and monitor security measures to protect sensitive employee information. 

Project Management 

Support HR technology and other projects to continuously enhance the way we use our systems and manage our employee data. 

HR Administration 

Support our HR team with critical administrative employee lifecycle, recruitment and onboarding tasks. 

What you will bring to the role: 

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS administration or a similar role. 
  • Proficiency with relevant HR/people systems. 
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management practices. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support and train system users. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
