Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are currently seeking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator within the Talent Acquisition team to be based in our Brisbane office for a 6 month contract.

This role will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the recruitment processes; coordinating processes for new starters to the company; providing support for systems and processes on HR projects and coordinating payroll requirements.  

Key accountabilities

  • Maintaining and updating employee records to support the recruitment selection process;
  • Support TA Advisors with the processing of new employee on boarding and current employee change of conditions;
  • Coordinate and assist in the induction program;
  • Liaise with hiring managers in relation to advertising requirements;
  • Assist with the issuing of employment contracts and letters;
  • Monitor Group Mailbox and respond to enquiries from employees and hiring managers;
  • Participate in a range of HR Projects and tasks requiring HR involvement and expertise;
  • Ensure 100 % data integrity of HR Information systems.

About you

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. HR Management/Systems) at Diploma or Certificate IV level, and 1-2 years' experience in a human resources role;
  • High level attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Well developed and effective written communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong computer skills, particularly using Excel and PowerPoint. Previous Workday and /or Springboard use and experience is an advantage;
  • Ability to prioritise work and operate within tight deadlines;
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality;
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate as part of a team;
  • Flexible and adaptable in a busy environment;
  • Must be pro-active in identifying risk, problem solving and process improvement.

This position is eligible for a referral bonus for Boeing employees.
