About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to join our People & Capability Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for curating, implementing, and evaluating training initiatives that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across the business. This role will be responsible for the successful implementation of a Learning Compliance Framework and management of the administration of our Learning Management System (Workday).

Responsibilities

• Curate and organise learning resources and content
• Oversee Learning Compliance Framework – assigning and driving completion within Bega Group
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics
• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) on Workday.
• Drive engagement and uplift of LinkedIn Learning across the business

About you

• Experience in learning and development
• Knowledge of personality inventories & psychometric tools (Hogan, HBDI etc.)
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
