The Role
Our People and Capability Partner - Lagoon Street, has an integral role within the site leadership team. In this fast-paced role you will guide and coach leaders, shape and implement our people plan, and cultivate a high performance and engaged team!
Reporting to the Senior Manager People and Capability NSW & QLD, you will support optimal site performance and ensure that change initiatives are well-supported to deliver high-quality products safely and with high employee engagement.
When required, you will use your expertise in case management, injury management and industrial relations. You will ideally have experience in EA negotiations within a manufacturing environment.
Supported by our Centres of Excellence within the wider People and Capability function, you will work closely with the leadership team at Lagoon St to ensure we deliver the best possible people experience at Bega.
Please note that this is a site-based role, with some level of flexibility provided.

About you
- Business partnering, employee relations, OD, or shared service functions.
- 3 + years experiencing in FMCG, manufacturing with exposure to unionised workforce
- Tertiary qualified in relevant field
- Injury management experience
- Facilitating training
- EA negotiation experience (desired)
