The opportunity
As a brand ambassador, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment for a key group of portfolios, constantly hunting for top talent. With exceptional networking and stakeholder management skills, you'll partner with the business to create outcome-focused recruitment strategies.
This hands-on role demands resourceful thinking to attract top talent. By partnering with the business, you'll truly understand the scope of each role and the type of talent we need to drive great outcomes. We are looking for someone with the ability and skill set to quickly interpret the needs of a role beyond the position description, ensuring we match the right talent to the right positions. You'll also contribute to key programs of work supporting our attraction and retention strategy.
About you
We are seeking an experienced professional who is energised by networking and talking to people every day. Demonstrated experience recruiting from within financial services, superannuation and / or wealth management is essential. Additionally, if you are a tech-savvy individual with a keen interest in leveraging technology to drive efficiencies, we would love to hear from you.
