How will you make an impact? 

As the Leadership Development & Culture Partner, you'll play a vital role in nurturing a positive and engaging workplace culture at Hostplus. Your efforts will drive employee engagement, leadership development, wellbeing and a culture of continuous learning. You’ll work hard to help our team to optimise their performance and potential, in turn contributing to better member outcomes.  

About You 

You bring a solid background in leadership development, strategic workforce planning and talent pipeline development, team dynamics, psychometric assessments, training, and facilitation, with excellent public speaking abilities. Strong research, analytical, and strategic thinking skills are essential. Key experience includes: 

• Experience in designing and implementing leadership development strategies 
• Knowledge of diversity and inclusion practices 
• Advanced training design and facilitation skills  
• Strong skills in designing and analysing employee engagement surveys 
• Specialised knowledge of wellness practices  
• Proficiency in psychometric assessments, especially for recruitment and selection 
• Registration with AHPRA as a psychologist is required 

How you can succeed in the role 

Reporting to the Executive Manager of Organisational Development you’ll work closely with the senior leadership team at Hostplus. You’ll support initiatives focused on leadership development, wellness and employee experience. Some of the key responsibilities: 

• Lead the design and rollout of dynamic Leadership Development and learning initiatives that drive growth and agility 
• Champion Hostplus’ core values ensuring embedment in all facets of leadership and culture transformation  
• Co-design Employee Engagement strategies, driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights 
• Shape impactful Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Wellbeing programs, focusing on training and mental health
