We are looking for a Senior People & Culture Advisor to join our Inverell Processing Facility. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will play a critical role in supporting the People & Culture team by providing expert advice and guidance to management and employees. You will lead key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, employee engagement, and compliance, while maintaining a strong focus on service excellence and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
- Provide HR advice and support across the Inverell facility, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legislation.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Support workforce planning, performance management, and training and development initiatives.
- Ensure HR processes and records are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with managers to identify and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Work flexibly to meet the dynamic demands of the business.

- Qualifications or Experience: Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent demonstrated experience in a similar role.
