Chief Customer Officer
Join the #1 Private Health Insurer in the State as we work to make Tasmania the healthiest island on the planet!
Imagine a health insurer doing more for Tasmanians.
For over 70 years St Lukes has provided health insurance that’s helped Tasmanians. Now we have a vision: to become the healthiest island on the planet.

We’ve already begun working with inspiring community leaders and investing in new products and people to achieve our ambition. We’re focusing on the things that will make a difference locally and leveraging our networks to create change.
We pride ourselves on maintaining a close relationship with our community, by listening to and understanding the needs and expectations of our members and by putting them at the forefront of our service offerings and broader advocacy efforts. This was recognised nationally when St Lukes took out ‘Private Health Insurer of the Year’ in the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards last year.
Put simply, we’re going to continue to do things differently.
In line with this bold plan, we are now seeking to appoint a Chief Customer Officer, to lead the enhancement of our Customer Experience, ensuring the voices of our members, customers and community are heard. This is a brand-new role, and will be a fixed term, three-year appointment.
