About the role

Partner with business leaders across our group functions to maximise the capability and performance of their teams in support of business objectives.

• Build effective working relationships with assigned business areas to coach and support the development of business objectives.
• Provide timely and practical guidance and coaching to leaders to enable sound commercial outcomes aligned with company vision, values, and strategy.
• In keeping with legal frameworks manage a wide range of employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, and performance management.
• Provide guidance and support with the management of personal injuries.
• Contribute to key HR activities including engagement, compliance, recruitment, organisational design, on-boarding, talent, remuneration and succession planning. 
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including safety, risk and fraud and forensics teams.
• Deliver reporting and insight of key HR performance metrics and initiatives.
• Escalate identified gaps and/or process improvements to strengthen compliance controls, maximise efficiencies and enhance the employee experience.
• Contribute to key HR projects and improvement initiatives.

About you

• 2-5 years in a generalist HR Business Partnering role
• Experience in managing employee relations matters
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a high volume and fast-paced environment
• Proactive, solutions focussed and flexible approach
• Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business Management or similar
