Helloworld Travel Limited is a leading travel company dedicated to providing exceptional travel experiences. I am supporting them with their search to find a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources.

Reporting to the COO and as a member of the Senior Leadership team, you will be leading a small team in HR and Payroll and partnering with the business to increase capability in the areas of recruitment, development and ER.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with the Senior Leadership team.
• Manage HR policies and procedures.
• Partner with managers for performance management and development.
• Lead recruitment and testing systems.
• Provide advice on complex employment relations matters.
• Contribute to workforce planning and recruitment programs.
• Lead the HR team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR management or commerce.
• Strong HR business partnering skills.
• Experience supporting senior leadership teams.
• Ability to link business strategy to people and culture plans.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Commercial judgment and decision-making in a complex environment.

Additional Information:

• National travel required 2-4 times per year.
