People and Culture Coordinator

About the role:

As the People and Culture Coordinator, you’re the go-to person for P&C queries, keeping the team running smoothly with your admin and operational support. You’ll drive programs, policies, and initiatives that boost team efficiency and make work-life better for everyone.

This role will see you:

  • Build and develop key relationships across all divisions within the business
  • First point of contact for all P&C queries including managing our HR support mailbox.
  • Manage employee paperwork throughout the employee lifecycle (from onboarding to exiting and everything in between)
  • Be the team invoicing guru
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset – look for ways you and the team can be more effective in their roles.
  • Being part of employee engagement initiatives, from owning initiatives to being part of team initiatives.
  • Compile HR metrics and generate reports
  • Have opportunity to own your own projects and be part of bigger team/ company projects (as they come up)

About you:

The key skills and competencies we are seeking in the successful candidate include:

  • Previous experience in HR Administration or Coordination is preferred.
  • HR Diploma or Degree qualifications are desirable.
  • Understanding of the employee life cycle including knowledge of employment law, award interpretation and payroll practices.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders at varying levels within the business.
  • Intermediate/ Advanced technology skills, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook), Canva, SAP etc.
