We are currently seeking a full time or 2x part-time (0.6) RTO & Learning Coordinator/s to join our Talent & Capability Team. Reporting to the Head of RTO, this exciting role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation by maintaining administration processes for our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and coordinating learning programs across the business. You will play a key part in ensuring the seamless delivery of training initiatives across our RTO, operational and organisational learning portfolios.

Your day will involve:
- Maintain and streamline administration processes and data management for our RTO Student Management System (SMS), including processing training documentation and maintaining accurate and timely training records for compliance and audit requirements.
- Coordinate the delivery of learning programs including scheduling, logistics, and communication with stakeholders to ensure timely execution
- Maintain traineeship and apprenticeship records and documentation
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners, delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage competing demands effectively, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve administrative processes and learning coordination to enhance outcomes for the organisation.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a candidate with excellent administrative and organisational skills who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a results-oriented approach to everything they do. Experience within or an understanding of an RTO or organisational learning function is desirable.
You will also have the following skills, experience and attributes:
- Experience working with Student Management Systems (SMS), preferably within a registered training organisation (RTO) OR experience with similar learning (LMS) or records management systems
- High proficiency in MS Office, in particular Microsoft Excel to support data management and reporting requirements.
- Customer Service Mindset: You’ll be working closely with teams across the organisation and will need to deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills are key to ensuring smooth coordination and fostering positive relationships.
- Adaptability and Prioritisation: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can handle multiple tasks with precision and can adapt to shifting priorities.
