You will be the type of person who loves working with a diverse range of people and is committed to the promotion and support of employee mental health and wellbeing. Your previous experience in a similar people and capability business partnering or people and capability generalist role will be important as you work across the full range of the employee lifecycle, and your knowledge of employee relations activities will contribute to your success in the role.
