What your days look like:
In this senior leadership role, you will be at the forefront of driving workforce transformation, aligning people strategies with broader business objectives. You will lead the design and implementation of key workforce initiatives to ensure the organisation has the right talent, capabilities, and structure to meet its growth ambitions.
Your primary responsibility will be optimising the talent strategy, including attracting, retaining, and developing a high-performing workforce. You will lead a diverse team of HR professionals and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to bring workforce strategies to life. This position offers the opportunity to drive change, enhance operational efficiency, and craft custom people solutions that will have a lasting impact across the business, particularly within our manufacturing sites.
You will leverage your deep/broad HR expertise and business acumen to ensure that the Arnott’s Group’s ANZ people strategies are not only effective but also adaptable to a rapidly changing environment. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping a workforce that is engaged, motivated, and capable of driving business success.
The Ingredients for Success:
We are seeking a senior HR Generalist leader with extensive experience across a variety of areas including workforce strategy, talent management, and organisational development. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead and execute workforce transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives in industrialised environments. You should be skilled in managing high-performing HR teams, as well as collaborating with senior leadership to deliver results that drive business performance.
A strong track record in change programs is essential, as you will be leading efforts to ensure smooth transitions as the organisation evolves. The ability to think strategically and utilise data to inform decision-making will be key to succeeding in this role.
To thrive in this position, you must have a collaborative mindset and the adaptability to navigate complex challenges. You’ll need to build strong relationships across departments and work with senior stakeholders to implement workforce strategies that support the company’s long-term goals.
