A well-respected Aged Care provider is seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join their dynamic team. This organization is committed to delivering high-quality care in a nurturing environment and is looking for someone passionate about supporting their workforce.

About the Role:
The Human Resources Specialist will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions. This position requires collaboration with various teams to support recruitment, employee development, and compliance within the aged care sector

Key Information:

• Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 + Super + Salary Packaging
• Reporting directly into the Facility Manager
• Join a well-established not for profit provider

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new staff.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and other relevant legislation.

About You:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A background in education, with a diploma or certificate in Human Resources or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the aged care sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
