Marketing Partnerships Coordinator

We are now looking for a Marketing Partnerships Coordinator to join our team on a fixed term contract basis until March 2025. As this is a seasonal contract, we request full availability and flexibility across the full contracted period. We are accepting applications from candidates based in either Melbourne or Sydney.

About the role

As the Marketing Partnerships Coordinator, you will support the effective management of a portfolio of high-value Partners by coordinating partnership deliverables.

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate closely with the Partnerships team on nominated Australian Open, Australian Open Series and Tennis Australia Partners
  • Execute all nominated partner contractual benefits
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of all budgeted revenue and surplus targets
  • Identify and leverage strategic opportunities within the partner and event landscape to maximise ROI for both partners and Tennis Australia
  • Provide support to the team on appropriate nominated team tasks

About you

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Demonstrated experience within the Partnerships/Sponsorship Industry
  • Experience in large scale event management and implementation is highly regarded
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and effectively maintain relationships with various stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-focussed approach to all challenges.
  • You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
