Talent Acquisition Advisor

 

  • Ongoing Full Time
  • Clerk Grade 7/8
  • Package up to $137,732 pa. Package includes salary range ($110,266 pa to $122,058 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
  • Hybrid work from our office in Greenacre and remotely.

About the role:      

Reporting into the Manager Talent Acquisition, you will join a high-performing team focused on customers, service performance, process integrity and capability to ensure the talent acquisition experience is efficient, contemporary and delivers the desired outcomes. Your role will manage the talent acquisition process from end-to-end across a diverse mix of assignments including high volume campaigns and specialised one-off roles.

About you:

  • You will have the skills, knowledge and experience required to ensure hiring managers interpret and apply NSW Government legislation, rules and best practice when acquiring talent.
  • You will have a practical knowledge of HR and recruitment systems gained through experience, preferably SAP and PageUp.
