About your role
Reporting to the Head of People Partnering ANZ, you will work closely with a leader who is known for their innovative approach and the ability to deliver impactful programs of work.
In this role you will support various people and culture activities, talent acquisition whilst working on fun employer brand projects and launching new systems and processes.
What you'll do:
- Support employees across RPF, providing effective and timely advice ensuring compliance with legislative requirements
- Support leaders to provide advice on policies and procedures, systems, reporting and recruitment.
- Identify and analyse PAC trends within RPF and work with Head of People Partnering, ANZ to implement business solutions.
- Provide advice on Awards and legislation.
- Support the delivery of people project plans.
- Facilitate a positive change culture in the workplace.
- Play a pivotal role in the recruitment process and employee lifecycle
You will succeed if:
- You’re an excellent communicator, with brilliant stakeholder management and the ability to deal with multiple stakeholders.
- You are great at juggling multiple tasks, here we can have anywhere between 15 to 30 roles open at any given time, this means a lot of candidates and hiring managers to keep on top of.
- The ability to influence, manage and challenge ideas and existing business processes.
- You're keen to learn and you're a self starter.
