Deliver a high-level contemporary HR service within a supportive, people centric, tasks oriented and culture first focused HR team.

In this impactful role, you’ll manage day-to-day HR tasks both independently, and supported by our HR Business Partners, solving challenges with innovative solutions. Selected Duties:? 

  • Execute specialised HR and general administrative tasks efficiently and on schedule. 
  • The HR Officer will offer insightful advice and make informed decisions based on established practices, professional standards, policies, and procedures. 
  • Handle correspondence drafting, data entry, document creation, and records management. 
  • Collaborate effectively with the People Operations and Business Partnering team and diverse stakeholders to deliver a modern HR service. 
  • Utilise your HR generalist knowledge and experience across all HR functions. 
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance the department’s standard operating processes for improved efficiency.  

ABOUT YOU? 

Skills & Experience? 

  • Diploma in Business (Human Resource Management) is preferred, however equivalent relevant experience and the intention to gain the qualification will be considered. 
  • Highly proficient digital literacy skills including Word, and Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.  
  • Strong attention to detail.  
  • Ability to manage competing demands and tasks will be critical to your success.
