People and Culture Business Partner

Join the talented People and Culture (P&C) team as a P&C Business Partner. This is a full time role with the option of hybrid work arrangements.  Our contemporary office is based in the Adelaide CBD.  

This is an excellent opportunity to support the development and execution of P&C initiatives, while partnering with the business in workplace relations matters.

What you'll be doing

  • Act as a P&C Business Partner to leaders, providing insight and expertise on people-related matters to assigned stakeholders across our business, which includes 65+ General Practice (GP) clinics, and our support office/s
  • Manage workplace relations matters to promote a high performance culture and under performance through effective case management
  • Provide hands-on support in areas such as performance management, employee relations, and organisational design
  • Contribute to the implementation of projects that support the people strategy, including talent management, learning and development, and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with the broader P&C team and business to drive continuous improvement and best-practice solutions
  • Effectively communicate and influence at all levels 
  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience as a P&C Generalist or Advisor, preferably complemented with P&C Business Partnering experience
  • Strong understanding of contemporary P&C practices and the ability to provide practical, commercially-focused solutions
  • Proven experience and understanding of interpreting modern Awards and industrial instruments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of HRIS (preferably Employment Hero and/or ELMO)
  • Demonstrable experience in driving change 
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline (or demonstrated equivalent experience)
