Twelve Australian companies will soon go live with trials of a new HR and payroll solution.

Australian software designers TechnologyOne have announced the launch of their new HRP system. The company claims it contains the “capability and analytics that focus on what an organisation needs to manage its biggest resource.” 

The company that designed the program is hardly modest about its place in the software environment, HR and Payroll General Manager Paul MacRae says: “Many of our competitors’ systems are based on old and inefficient technologies... which do not offer the flexibility to take an organisation to a stage where employees can access their relevant functions via any device on any browser.”

The company is more than pleased with the dozen clients it has attracted in the last few months to try out the new HRP. When the program goes live it will be put through its paces in real life scenarios, many companies not involved will be waiting to see if the industry has a new standard for HR software.
